Kalmar Castle: Morning Priority Entry Ticket with Guided Castle Tour

Easy

Skip the line at Kalmar Castle with priority entry between 10:00–12:00. Includes castle admission, one scheduled guided tour and the Children's Castle family experiences.

CNN has named Kalmar Castle one of the most beautiful castles in the world - and once you see it, you'll understand why!

Since the first stones were laid 800 years ago, it has survived to this day. Redesigned in the 16th century by the Vasa kings, Kalmar Castle is Sweden's best-preserved Renaissance castle and one of the country's most dramatic historic landmarks. This is where Queen Margaret forged the Kalmar Union in 1397 and where centuries of Scandinavian history come alive in remarkable detail.

Your admission also includes access to the Children's Castle – a unique family experience where children can meet knights, dress as princesses, complete medieval challenges and take part in activities throughout the castle.

Why Book Ahead?

  • Priority entry between 10:00–12:00 (arrive between 10-12 and stay as long as you like. After 12:00, the standard entrance queue applies.)

Your morning priority ticket gets you through the entrance between 10:00 and 12:00 - the best time to visit.
